1. Payment Processing

All payments made through Miryokucon are processed securely via trusted third-party providers, such as Stripe and Square. Miryokucon does not store or have access to your full payment details.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments are final. Miryokucon does not offer refunds for membership purchases, event tickets, merchandise, or donations—regardless of reason. Please review your selections carefully before completing your transaction. If you are unable to attend the event you registered for, please contact our registration team for potential alternatives such as moving your registration to another attendee or the following year.

3. Tax Deductibility

Miryokucon is a project of the Mid-Atlantic Anthropomorphic Association, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Some or all of your payment may be tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.
We do not provide tax advice. Please consult a qualified tax professional to determine what may apply to your situation.

4. Code of Conduct and Event Participation

By attending the convention, you agree to abide by our event’s Code of Conduct, posted separately on our website. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to any individual who violates these policies without refund.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date.
